Eilina Gusatinsky

Eilina Gusatinsky leads the Cultura Foundation’s Institutions and Participation programme. The programme supports Finnish institutions in identifying barriers to societal participation and inclusion among Finland’s Russian‑speaking population and in developing their practices accordingly.

Gusatinsky is also responsible for research partnerships, including the Russian Speakers in Finland follow‑up study, which provides insight into the experiences and views of Russian-speaking people in Finland, as well as their relationship with Finnish institutions.
