The Cultura Foundation is a national actor with the task of increasing two-way integration into Finnish society by using the means of culture, dialogue, and participation and by improving communication.

As a Finnish expert organization, the Foundation fulfills a task commissioned to it by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland.
